Our i-ASK Center is our central help desk center for issues relating to the Roar supercomputer, formerly known as ICDS-ACI. It is staffed each day of the week. If you did not find your answer with our user guide, then please:
Important Note: While the i-ASK center phone line is still open during the current Penn State closure, the quickest routes to resolve a technical support question are to submit an i-ASK Ticket, or email your question to firstname.lastname@example.org. But feel free to call at (814) 865-4275 during i-ASK Center hours and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
